Instructor Support Update – 24th April

Update on your Franchise Fee Assistance
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on 24^th March we announced a comprehensive financial support package for a 6 week period ending at the end of April. Following the Government’s decision to extend the Lockdown period to at least the 7^th May we are extending the Franchise Fee Assistance. For the month of May, we will continue to collect a minimal £65 per week. This will be reviewed in line with Government announcements.

No action is required and you do not need to contact your Relationship Manager nor the Finance Department for this.

We will continue to provide Franchisees with a vehicle and insurance, which can be used for limited mileage (we recommend no more than 50 miles per week) and will be helpful in any emergency, or to provide volunteering assistance in the local community as we know many of you are doing.

Outside of the Online Driving Theory Lesson initiative, we continue to receive Pupil Enquiries for when teaching recommences and are making the necessary Marketing plans to ensure that Instructors will be busier than ever following the end of the Lockdown period.

Online Driving Theory Lessons
