As one of the UK’s largest ORDIT (Official Register of Driving Instructor Training) registered training establishments, we’ve trained thousands of driving instructors since our inception.
For all course options, you’ll have the option to take on a Trainee (PDI) Licence, where you’ll be able to earn £1,100+ in weekly driving lesson revenue and get 20 hours of additional FREE Driving Instructor Training. Additionally, by joining Bill Plant Driving School, you’ll receive all your training fees back as franchise credit!
All courses include 52 hours of expert in-car training (or 72 hours by opting to take a PDI licence) with experienced and fully qualified training instructors from an ORDIT Registered Training Establishment – This works out as little as £19 per hour or £14 per hour. Flexible payment options are available including Partial Payments & Direct Debit.
Once you’ve completed your training, you are guaranteed a Driving School Franchise upon completion, but importantly not compulsory!
Finally, you’ll receive a copy of Qualified: The Guide to Becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (RRP £18.99) alongside other learning materials all within the stated price

Regional Driving Instructor Training

Residential Driving Instructor Courses
Bill Plant Driving School also offers an intensive Residential Driving Instructor Course at our base in Ripon, North Yorkshire. This intensive course is taken over a seven day period with accommodation provided close to our Driving School Academy for all nights you are required to stay.
