Driving Instructor Training courses are available from just £888 with our Black Friday Special Offer (16th-
30th November 18th December), with a range of training course options available suit your requirements.
As one of the UK’s largest ORDIT (Official Register of Driving Instructor Training) registered training establishments, we’ve trained thousands of driving instructors since our inception.
For all course options, you’ll have the option to take on a Trainee (PDI) Licence, where you’ll be able to earn £1,100 in weekly driving lesson revenue and get 20 hours of additional FREE Driving Instructor Training. Additionally, by joining Bill Plant Driving School, you’ll receive all your training fees back as franchise credit!
All courses include 52 hours of expert in-car training (or 72 hours by opting to take a PDI licence) with experienced and fully qualified training instructors from an ORDIT Registered Training Establishment – This works out as little as £17 per hour or £12.30 per hour with our Black Friday deals! Flexible payment options are available including Partial Payments & Direct Debit.
Once you’ve completed your training, you are guaranteed a Driving School Franchise upon completion, but importantly not compulsory!
Finally, you’ll receive a copy of Qualified: The Guide to Becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (RRP £18.99) alongside other learning materials all within the stated price

Intensive Driving Instructor courses are available for those seeking to become a driving instructor in the shortest time frame possible. Regional Driving Instructor Training
Cover up to 52 hours of in-car instructor training at your own pace and in a location familiar to you with our Regional Training Programme.
Regional courses are perfect for budding driving instructors still in full-time employment seeking a career change. Train at the times that work for you to fit around your schedule.
Residential Driving Instructor Courses
Bill Plant Driving School also offers a Residential Driving Instructor Course at our base in Ripon, North Yorkshire. The intensive course is taken over a seven day period with accommodation provided close to our Driving School Academy for all nights you are required to stay.
