Pupil demand maintaining
After a record-breaking July, we are delighted to state that we are maintaining a large volume of pupil enquiries over the phone and via the website.
The new pre-payment system is working fantastically well, and I’m thrilled to state that a significant number of driving instructors with Bill Plant Driving School currently have their diaries closed. For those that don’t, we are continuing in our nationwide marketing efforts to supply pre-paid pupils to them.
We are however receiving a higher than usual amount of pupil complaints about no or late call backs after payments have been made, many leading to refund requests. If you can please ensure you contact the pupil as soon as possible and at least within 24 hours of receiving a booking from the Bookings Team. We will continue to monitor this and we will be speaking directly to Instructors who attract complaints.
Submit your Pass Photos
Alongside posting on your own social media profiles, do continue to send in your Pass Photos to email@example.com we will then promote these to our 40,000+ social following.
Separately, our design firm is finalising the updated pupil marketing materials such as the Pupil Handbook, A5 Flyer and Business Cards. Do contact your Relationship Manager if you require new stationery and they will send these out to you when we receive them available.
