Instructor Support Update – 12th June

Return to work planning
As stated in last week’s communication, we continue to target 6th July as the provisional date that driving lessons will resume.

To aid the Pupil Booking and Instructor Support Teams we require you to complete the link below to efficiently update many of your details within our Booking System. Your response is required to allocate new bookings for when lessons recommence.

If you have any questions about this, please speak to your Relationship Manager. We will be continuing to communicate other “return to work” aspects, as outlined last week.

Queue Jump early success
Queue Jump was launched on our website Monday (8th June) and within an hour we received the first booking (at 1am). It has proven popular throughout this first week with over half of the new bookings (non-key workers) that we have spoken to securing their driving lessons with Queue Jump.

With the Queue Jump initiative, we are creating new assured pupil bookings for our Instructors and we look forward to scaling this activity throughout June.

Instructors required for Marketing Activity
As stated last week, we intend to collect short videos from as many of our Instructors as possible to create a video advert with a montage demonstrating the scale of the driving school similar to the Halifax TV Advert. We urge you all to participate by completing the link below that will be directed to our Marketing Team.

Instructor Support
As ever, we are here for you, please contact your Relationship Manager in the Instructor Support Team on 01765 643374 should you need any assistance.

We continue to do all we can to support our Instructors, Trainers, Trainees, Staff and Pupils.

Kind regards

Tom Hixon
