Last week we found out that we had a couple of car washing helpers up in Durham. Their Dad (a Bill Plant Driving School Instructor offering driving lessons in Durham) sent in a video to the Marketing Team of Jorgia, 7 and Joel, 4 happily washing his car, during one of the sunnier COVID-19 Lockdown days.
As a northern lad, who grafted a lot as a child to earn pocket money, the video inspired me to write to Jorgia and Joel to thank them for their efforts in keeping their Dad’s car so clean and gave me the opportunity to pass on a little surprise…
Here’s an adorable thank you video they sent me back, both with their £5 pocket money.
I’m very impressed that they’ll both be saving it; whether that be for holiday spends or a big burger and milkshake from McDonalds.
