As the Head of Academy Operations at Bill Plant Driving School, Nicole is responsible for managing the entire operations of our Training Academy, overseeing the departmental budget, streamlining the throughput of the Driving Instructor Training Academy, and leading the Training Support Team. She has been with us for over 8 years now, dedicating her expertise to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our training academy. Since being with us, Nicole’s developed an extensive knowledge of the entire training process, starting from the start of Part 1 until the final Part 3 attempt.
